WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

We are pleased to offer nation-wide shipping for our unframed prints for ONLY $5.99 throughout our entire store. Our framed prints cost about $20 to ship nationwide. 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 4-6 business days. 

Orders may be canceled if your proof has not been emailed to you. After they have been designed or shipped  they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. DARINGHOPE.org can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. DARINGHOPE.org will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Personalized Map Art Prints are shipped in 5-11 business days. Clothing and apparel items should be received within 10-14 business days, except international deliveries which vary by country. For other specialty and promotional items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our prints are made and framed in southern California.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, we can ship our unframed artwork most anywhere in the world. We are only able to ship framed prints within the United States at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. 

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?

We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.

 

 

PERSONALIZED MAP ART F.A.Q.

1. CAN YOU CHANGE THE TEXT ON THIS PRINT?

Yes! We love helping you personalize our handcrafted prints.  

2. WHAT KIND OF MAPS DO YOU USE?

I have a vast collection of vintage and modern maps. There is at least one map option for every location in the world. Since my maps are vintage, all maps are unique in color and detail. These are really cool maps! For example, I have two atlases from the 1880's. I have numerous maps: from the 1700's through the 1900's that are beautiful each with their own personality. Maps are from the public domain or used with permission.

3. HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY PRINT?

At checkout you can add your desired customizations to the "Notes" section. Please include the city, state, or country for each map image, as well as the text.

4. CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE PRINT IS MAILED?

Yes, proofs are usually sent within 5-6 business days for approval before being mailed. 

5. WILL THIS PRINT GET HERE BY "X" DATE?

Unframed art prints usually ship in 5-10 business days. Framed prints take an additional 2-4 days. Please respond to your proof email promptly for faster shipment of your order. Rush orders are available for an additional cost. If you need your artwork by a specific day, please add that to notes at checkout.

Standard shipping for unframed prints is 3-5 business days in the U.S. Standard shipping for framed prints is 3-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available.
